The movie Freaky Friday is a type of fantasy comedy and family oriented comedy movie. This kind of movie should be watch by the people especially the mother and the daughter. Because the story of the movie is all about the conflict of a mother and a daughter. Freaky Friday is directed by Mark S. Waters. Produced by Andrew Gunn, Mario Iscovich, and Ann Marie Sanderlin. And written by Mary Rodgers (novel), Heather Hach (screenplay), and Leslie Dixon (screenplay). The movie is starring Lindsay Lohan as Anna Coleman, Jamie Lee Curtis as Dr. Tess Coleman, Mark Harmon as Ryan and Chad Michael Murray as Jake.
Dr. Tess Coleman and her daughter Anna Coleman don’t understand each other. They always have a conflict. One Thursday evening, in a Chinese Restaurant. Their disagreement reaches a fever pitch. They have a big argument in a Chinese Restaurant. And a old Chinese woman approached to them and gave them a fortune cookie. They both received a fortune cookie. Early morning, when they woke up, they found-out that they switched bodies. They talk about what they will do. As they adjust with their new personalities, they begin to understand each other more. And when it is already Friday night. They find the answer to the fortune cookie and they switch bodies again. It’s back to normal. And that time they begin to understand each other. The film will make you laugh, as you watch this movie.
Anna Coleman is a 15-years-old. Anna is a guitarist/vocalist for a garage rock band called Pink Slip and she is a teenager who is going through a difficult time in high school due to various problems with teacher and she always has an argument with her mother and she daily fights with her younger brother Harry. Dr. Tess. Dr. Tess Coleman, a widowed psychiatrist. She has 2 children, a daughter Anna and a son Harry. She is going to Mary Ryan. Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan play the role Dr. Tess Coleman and Anna Coleman best. They played their roles well and it’s entertaining to watch them acting. Their acting is really great!
I really enjoyed this movie. I learn something from it. The movie will make you laugh and will make you cry as you see sacrificial love demonstrated to other family members. The good value in the movie is learning to understand other people. And follow your parents because parents know the best for you.
